I have received your Return to Compliance form addressing one of the violations noted during the <br /> inspection with Jeff Wong on 3/24/15. However, I still need a statement documenting what corrective <br /> actions were taken for the following violations: <br /> 102. Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste or retain waste analysis on site for 3 years. <br /> The 5 gallon bucket as been labeled as 'waste oil" <br /> 303. Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. Spill equipment has been purchased <br /> 607. Damaged lead acid batteries not properly managed and labeled. A proper storage unit has been <br /> purchased for used batteries and labeled as such. <br /> 608. Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters.
