Enclosed please find the <br /> complete inspection report for Advanced Technology Interconnect, Inc. located at <br /> 555 Carnegie Street, Manteca, California 95336. In the inspection report, DTSC <br /> identified seven Areas of Concern (ADCs) that requires further investigation due <br /> to potential releases of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents. <br /> Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25187 and 25200.14, DTSC is authorized <br /> to issue an order to require corrective action when DTSC determines that there is or <br /> may be a release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents into the <br /> environment from a hazardous waste facility. <br /> According to a letter from Advanced Technology Interconnect, Inc. (ATI) dated <br /> July 20, 2004 (enclosed) and a lease agreement information submitted to DTSC, <br /> ATI indicates that they are not responsible for the former wastewater treatment unit <br /> area (SVVMU 5) and the former bulk chemical storage area (SVVMU 6). Based on <br /> the information provided to DTSC, you are the owner of the property located at <br /> 555 Carnegie Street. Therefore, DTSC would like to schedule a meeting with you to <br /> discuss the process to address DTSC's concern for the two AOCs identified in the <br /> inspection report. <br /> 0 Printed on Recycled Paper <br />
