These documents reference our Simplot Grower Solutions facility located at 4863 Carpenter Road, in Stockton CA. In regards to the Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report, all items noted in the original and amended reports have been completed or addressed as follows: • Items 103, 109, 110, 303, 403, and 605 were completed, and supporting documentation sent to your Department in a letter dated 18 March 2016. • Item 102 from the amended report was addressed in a letter sent to your Department on 15 April 2016. In regards to the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Inspection Report, all items noted in the report have been completed as follows: • Items 613, 616, and 716 were completed, and supporting documentation sent to your Department in a letter dated 18 March 2016. • Items 101, 601, 603, 604, 713, have been addressed in a new SPCC plan that was developed in response to these findings.
