The locations of these buildings and structures and areas are shown on the <br />facility layout map (Figure 2-1): <br />Load Center Building: This building houses offices, control room, shop <br />area, welding area, mercury storage area, <br />electronics room and meeting rooms. <br />Regulator Building: This building houses a natural gas regulator and <br />miscellaneous materials which may be needed at <br />job sites. <br />Storage Containers: There are two portable storage containers used to <br />store miscellaneous materials which may be <br />needed at job sites. <br />Aboveground Tanks: There are two 1,000 -gallon aboveground tanks <br />which contain diesel and unleaded gasoline for <br />fueling of fleet vehicles. <br />Hazardous Waste This container is used to store spill control and <br />Storage Container protective materials. The hazardous waste <br />and Area: storage area is used to store hazardous wastes <br />such as spent solvents, empty paint cans and oily <br />rags. The area is clearly marked as such and is <br />roped off for added sa "ety. <br />Fence: The entire yard is surrounded by a chain link fence <br />topped with barbed wire and razor ribbon. There <br />are two entrance gates to the facility. <br />I. OPERATING SCHEDULE: <br />The facility is manned 9 hours per day, five days per week. During regular <br />working hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), approximately 68 employees are <br />headquartered at the facility. The facility has infrared detectors at the fence <br />perimeter with cameras monitored at the Distribution Operator's Office at the <br />Stockton Service Center which is manned 24 hours per day. <br />There is at least one supervisor on call per shift. <br />In the event of an emergency at this facility, outside of regular business hours, <br />an on-call supervisor is available 24 hours per day.
