SCENE -MANAGEMENT CHECKLIST <br />If there is a release of a hazardous substance that threatens, or could potentially <br />threaten human health, property or the environment, certain timely notifications will <br />need to be made. At a minimum, contact the California Office of Emergency Services <br />(800-852-7550) and the administering agency as noted on the Environmental <br />Emergency Telephone List on page i.
