Two drums were observed in the shop with incomplete labeling: a 55 gallon white plastic drum of <br /> used antifreeze without a physical state or hazardous property, a 55 gallon blue steel drum of spent <br /> absorbent without a hazardous property. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the <br /> following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" 4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> 2. name and address of generator 5. composition (contents) <br /> 3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) 6. accumulation start date <br /> The labels were corrected at the time of inspection. REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> Note: (corrected on site) An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information was <br /> lacking. The site recently had a fire; per Mr. Carmichael, the list was removed after the fire and had not <br /> yet been replaced. There must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate <br /> emergency response measures, and the following information must be posted by a phone: the name and <br /> phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if <br /> present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> The form was completed and posted at the time of inspection. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspedoc Recei By Title <br /> EHD 22-02 R v°4/19/ 2 Page 4 HW INSPECTION REPORT <br />
