404. Sandblast waste from metal container transferred into 5 gallon buckets with <br /> lids, covered and labeled, ready for Shop Hazards Service to pick up. See invoice <br /> (A) <br /> 605. All of these poly drums as well as the blue 5 gallon bucket and metal <br /> container have been properly cleaned and labeled as per instructions. <br /> Shop Hazards Solutions picked up the sandblast waste. See attached invoice (A). <br /> Another 5 gallon bucket, labeled and dated has been placed for future waste. See <br /> attached photos. <br /> 610. Used oil filters were transferred into a 55 gallon drum, covered with lid, <br /> labeled as drained used oil filters, and dated. This drum was pick up by Ramos <br /> Environmental Services. <br /> 701. Contact Shop Hazards Solutions to properly dispose of sandblast waste as <br /> instructed. We will no longer store waste on site longer than required. Enclosed <br /> copy of invoice. (A) <br /> 812. Started the process of recording/maintaining recording/maintain records <br /> and shall maintain it in the order as follows: <br /> 1. Name and address of destination facility. <br /> 2. Quantity and type of universal waste. <br /> 3. Date of departure/shipment. <br /> 910 & 912. Pertaining to the puncturing aerosol cans, this activity has stopped <br /> immediately. We held a safety meeting and notified employees that we can no <br /> longer carry on this activity and instructed them that we will be recycling/dispose <br /> aerosol cans in the proper manner. A 5 gallon bucket has been placed for <br /> collecting aerosol cans and it is labeled and dated. <br />
