One 55 gallon container with some oily parts and some standing liquid (1-2 inches) inside the container was observed inside the facility at the time of inspection. Also, one 55 gallon blue container (located in the yard area) which had green colored liquid was labeled as empty on 1-14-2017 had no appropriate label or lid. One plastic black container less than 1 gallon in capacity (with a green lid)with a faded label, was observed on the ground in the yard area. Mr. Garcha indicated that he wasn't sure what are the substances in these containers. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for all wastes, and manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
