Also, one 55 gallon blue container (located in the yard area) <br /> which had green colored liquid was labeled as empty on 1-14-2017 had no appropriate label or lid. One plastic <br /> black container less than 1 gallon in capacity (with a green lid)with a faded label, was observed on the ground in the <br /> yard area. Mr. Garcha indicated that he wasn't sure what are the substances in these containers. Any person who <br /> generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste <br /> determination for all wastes, and manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
