Charter Way CITY' Stockton ZIP CODE: 95206 <br /> OWNERIOPERATOR: Business Owner: Andrew Salmeron, Sr. TELEPHONE#: (209) 914-5653 <br /> TYPE OF INSPECTION: ❑ COMPLAINT ❑ CONSULTATION Q OTHER EREMENM 2220 RECORD pR0514324 <br /> NATURE OF COMPLAINT/CONSULTATION: <br /> An inspection was conducted at this facility on September 29, 2010. During that inspection the <br /> following wastes were observed: used paint booth filters, waste oil, used floor sweep, used oil filters, <br /> waste paint, waste coolant, used fluorescent tubes, unknown liquid in the paint booth, unknown <br /> wastes in the paint booth. <br /> A closure inspection was conducted today to verify the removal of all wastes from the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION S/COMMENTS: <br /> A facility walk-through was conducted with the property owner, Steve Roberts. All waste has been <br /> removed from the site. According to Mr. Roberts, he witnessed Ramos Oil come to the facility for <br /> the oil pick up. All disposal was handled by the business owner, Mr. Salmeron. No disposal <br /> paperwork was available at the time of inspection. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Immediately locate all manifests and records for the disposal of the hazardous wastes (as noted <br /> above) removed from this facility, and submit a copy of these manifests, with a statement if <br /> necessary, to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (600 E.
