On February 19, 2004, we called dispatched and asked to <br /> schedule an appointment for a truck to come out and examine our location. <br /> Dispatch said they did not have any record of us in your system and they <br /> would send a truck out soon. <br /> In follow up to our phone call I am sending you a copy of our <br /> contingency plan for your records, which includes our evacuation plan, maps <br /> of our facility with the location of our hazardous waste and our procedures <br /> in the event of an emergency.
