Charter <br /> Way, Stockton, California 95206.This letter is to inform you that TCI has made corrections to the <br /> inspection performed by John Alaniz on 9-4-18. Corrections are listed below <br /> Item#104—I have trained 2 Coordinators to this facility. I have added their names and contact info to <br /> the sheet you provided to us. I have also spoken to the employees about the responsibility the title <br /> entails. I have also added to the sheet the locations of Fire extinguishers and spill kits for quick response. <br /> Item#110—We have contacted our rep at Safety Kleen and they have provided, in paper form, every <br /> manifest going back to September of 2015. Within these documents we sorted by manifest type and <br /> filed accordingly. <br /> Item#111—Pertaining to the item above, the paperwork given had the manifest destinations attached <br /> and we have filed. <br /> Item#113—This one also goes along with the ones above. We have obtained consolidated manifest <br /> from safety kleen and have 3 yrs. on file <br /> Item#406—All empty containers have been labels"Empty" or"Waste " so we are aware of <br /> contents. <br /> Item#605—All drums and waste containers have been and will have the entire label filled out including <br /> the Accumulation start date. <br />
