February 13, 2010
Environmental Health Department "
600 East Main Street
Stockton CA 95202-3029 FEB 1 6 ppp
SAN JOFuy1;IV COON 17
ENV;RONMCNTAL
HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Ray Von Flue, RENS,
Enclosed are the copies of shipping documents for the spent lead acid batteries
from December 2007 to December 2009. Prior to this, all the spent lead acid
batteries went to Modesto Junk for over twenty years. I have not found these yet.
I will keep looking. If I do not find them and you need them, please let me know
and I will try to get copies from Modesto Junk.
Two years ago my wife started keeping the records at home because of our poor
storage system at the business location. These are the copies of the attached
records. These and future records of the shipping of the spent lead acid batteries
will be kept in the binder at our location.
Thank you,
Doug Ramos / Cell 209 608-1065
