Cherokee <br />Lodi, CA 95240 <br />Complaint No. C0015647 <br />FILE COPY <br />A complaint has been received by this office alleging that you are responsible for a public health <br />violation(s) (California Health and Safety Code, Division 20; Title 22, California Code of Regulations, <br />Division 4.5). The nature of the violation(s) is (are) listed below: <br />[ ] Waste Oil Storage <br />[ ] Paint Spillage <br />[ ] Waste Oil Spillage <br />[ ] Solvent Storage <br />[ ] Antifreeze Storage <br />[ ] Solvent Spillage <br />[ ] Antifreeze Spillage <br />[ ] Caustic Storage <br />[ ] Paint Storage <br />[X] Other (see comments) <br />Comments: There are 9-55 gallon drums and 4-5 gallon buckets which contain liquid that are stored <br />improperly on this property. Two of the drums are leaking. These items must be disposed of and the spill <br />must be cleaned up in accordance to Title 22 Hazardous Waste law.
