Used oil filters shall be drained <br />of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br />accumulation start date. Immediately mark the accumulation start date on these drums and ensure that all used oil <br />filters are managed in this way. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class It. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />On site to conduct a routine hazardous waste inspection. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 4-9-16. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at httpi//cers.calepa.ca.gov.
