1 <br />Cy Pres Restitution and Supplemental Environmental Projects <br />2 <br />3 1. Craig Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund. WART shall <br />4 provide the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) to be used by the <br />5 Craig Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund ("EPPF Fund") for purposes <br />6 coinsistent with the Trust's mission. <br />7 <br />8 2. CUPA Forum Board Environmental Protection Prosecution Trust Fund. KMART <br />9 shall provide the amount of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) to the Environmental <br />10 <br />Protection Prosecution Trust Fund, which is administered by the California Certified Unified <br />11 <br />Program Agency (CUPA) Forum Board, to be used by that Board for purposes consistent with <br />12 <br />13 their Trust's mission. If the payment is accepted by this designated entity, it shall provide annual <br />14 letter reports, until the exhaustion of the funds describing the specific use of the funds and the <br />15 type of training provided. The reports shall be submitted to the Plaintiff s representatives of this <br />16 Judgment. <br />17 <br />18 3. CUPA Forum Board Environmental Protection Prosecution Trust Fund. KMART <br />19 shall provide the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($106,000.00) to the Environmental <br />20 <br />Protection Prosecution Trust Fund, which is administered by the California Certified Unified <br />21 <br />Program Agency (CUPA) Forum Board, to be used by that Board for purposes consistent with <br />22 <br />23 their Trust's mission. These funds shall be used by the Trust to assist with the Forum Board's <br />24 training mission, specifically for training opportunities other than their Annual CUPA Forum <br />25 Board Conference. If the payment is accepted by this designated entity, it shall provide annual <br />26 letter reports, until the exhaustion of the funds describing the specific use of the funds and the <br />27 type of training provided.
