In <br /> addition to providing full access and availability to the manifest we have explained to everyone <br /> the importance of knowing where it is and always operating best practices under the law. We <br /> will be providing a copy via mail to you for your records. Manifest [0087635558FLE] <br /> Violation 302—the eye wash stations were replaced and marked on the site map. Fire extinguisher <br /> were also are marked on the site map along with the fire exits and the emergency assembly area. I <br /> attached a picture of the new wash station with the date when it was replaced. <br /> Violation 605—As result of this notification we have ensured that all barrels used by the company <br /> are properly label with the start date, content of the barrel,name of the company, address and EPA <br /> number. <br /> Food4Less provides an on going education with department managers on how to comply with all <br /> appropriate protocols and other industry regulations. The Store Director and Managers also provide on <br /> going training to employees to better understand new laws and compliance issues while working within <br /> these departments. Thank you again for helping to identify these above deficiencies. Moving forward we <br /> will maintain our commitment to ensuring we are adequately trained and informed of upcoming changes to <br /> the laws. <br />
