This law establishes spill and inventory reporting requirements, as well as the re- <br /> quirement to have an HMMP, for businesses which handle hazardous materials. This inventory also <br /> incorporates the Federal SARA Title III,Sections 311 and 312 Reporting requirements into the form. <br /> This packet contains the following documents: <br /> 1. Description of Chapter 6.95 legal requirements for businesses <br /> 2. Chemical Release Guidelines <br /> 3. Federal, State, and Local Emergency Response Contacts <br /> 4.
