If the fire appears beyond control, call 911 <br /> 4. Use your emergency evacuation plan, if needed. <br /> 5. Check employee headcount. <br /> 6. Open the gate between next to Pump House. <br /> 7. Report the incident to Plant Manager, VP/GM & VP of Sales <br /> 8. VP/GM will contact Corporate Office & Contacts <br /> 9. Set up your Fire Control Board/ Calling List. <br /> a) Location of medical Kit outside <br /> b) Location of Hazardous Materials <br /> c) Front End Loader phone number <br /> d) Location of Shut Off Valve for: Electrical, Gas, Sprinklers & <br /> Water <br /> e) Contact PG&E if needed <br /> f) Contact AT&T <br /> I O.Have complete layout of the plant on board. <br /> 11.Upon the Fire Department arrival, inform them of your plant MSDS <br /> (Propane, Diesel, Hydraulic Oil, Gasoline, etc.) <br /> 12.Upon the Fire Department arrival, inform them of our Power <br /> Equipment (Forklifts, Tractor Pushers, Balers, Roll Cutter, etc.) <br /> 13.Have a designated person to assist with Fire Department (i.e. purchase <br /> bags of ice, water or whatever is required) <br /> 14.Schedule labor for a 24-hour fire watch if needed. <br /> 15.All RFD employee's require proper PPE (Safety Vest, Safety Helmets <br /> & Safety Glasses) <br /> 16.Identify all Rolling Equipment in the plant after the place is safe. <br /> 17.The VP/GM or the Plant Manager should conduct all interviews with <br /> the Media. <br /> 18.17ollow TNG instructions as far as contacting the insurance company. <br />
