Though we have not completed all tasks we expect to have all <br /> completed and returned to your office by 10/31/2011. <br /> Below please find the status of each individual violation noted in your inspection: <br /> 20. A 55 gallon drum of used oil and water was observed without a hazardous <br /> property listed. <br /> The label was corrected at time of inspection. Going forward more care will be <br /> taken to ensure all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> 45.The Contingency Plan for this facility did not include the locations of emergency <br /> equipment at the facility. <br /> Attached please find an updated copy of the facility site map to include location <br /> of emergency equipment and a preliminary copy of the facility contingency plan. <br /> 49. The written training program and training records on site were incomplete. <br /> Facility personnel shall complete a training program that reaches them to perform <br /> their duties in accordance with Title 22 regulations. This program shall be directed <br /> by a person trained in hazardous waste management procedures. <br /> The facility managers are in the process of completed their training. To date the <br /> managers have completed the following classes offered by the San Joaquin County of <br /> Environmental Health Department: <br />
