SPILL PLAN RESPONSIBILIES <br /> This plan defines spill and provides the user with directions to recognize a situation <br /> requiring the use of this plan,establishes a sequence of tasks to property respond to spills, <br /> and to implement the reporting and notification requirements specified in this plan. <br /> In addition,this plan specifies personnel responsibilities during a spill, and has been a <br /> part of annual employee training. <br /> The spill plan provides general guidelines to be followed in case of a spill, and requires <br /> assessment and decision making by personnel responding to a spill. This plan cannot <br /> describe all situations nor all decisions and actions to be taken during an emergency,but <br /> does provide guidelines for such action. As deficiencies are identified,they will be <br /> corrected and the plan will be revised as necessary, as will subsequent employee training. <br /> Each supervisor will be issued a copy of this plan and is required to review the plan <br /> quarterly.
