All hazardous waste containers shall <br /> be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties (ignitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br /> - physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label this container and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 30, 2015. <br /> Note: (corrected on site) <br /> The emergency coordinator information was found on the computer, but was not posted by a phone. There must <br /> be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the <br /> following information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; <br /> location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire <br /> department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. The information was printed out and posted by a phone at the <br /> time of inspection. <br /> Note: This facility will be moved to a lower permit category (<5 tons). This may result in decreased permit fees. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
