See attached pictures. <br /> Violation#77: Unable to demonstrate length of time UW was accumulated <br /> All U-waste containers are now labeled with accumulation start date and current E-waste was picked up by <br /> AERC for recycling. Non empty aerosol cans will be shipped offsite for recycling through Ashland <br /> Environmental Services. <br /> Violation #78: SQH did not inform employees who handle UW proper handling and emergency procedures. <br /> All employees have been trained about Universal waste.
