RECEIVERt�C <br /> p <br /> Job Description. <br /> DEC 0 S 2016 <br /> Position Title: Sales Supervisor <br /> Status: Non-Exempt Hours: Normal Store Hours <br /> Location/Dept: Retail Store ENViPONMENTALHEALTH <br /> Reports to: Store Manager DEPARI MENT <br /> General Position Summary: <br /> Supervise all phases of store sales activities and employees to ensure goals are met safely and efficiently. Responsible <br /> for monitoring all store sales functions to conform to company policies and procedures. <br /> Essential Functions: <br /> 1. Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety Team to ensure store is adhering to all safety and environmental <br /> policies and procedures. Promotes a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant store for employees and customers. <br /> 2. Responsible for store housekeeping. <br /> 3. Work with all sales and production personnel to continually improve store results and execute company strategies. <br /> 4. Participates in the hiring, training, and proper delegation of sales personnel and scheduling work hours. <br /> 5. Monitors and evaluates job performance;trains and develops sales staff. <br /> 6. Communicates and implements policies and procedures, leads by example for the rest of the team. <br /> 7. Prepares sales reports and assigned tasks for the store. <br /> 8. Directs and participates in customer care functions. <br /> 9. Conduct weekly meetings with the sales staff to keep the team updated to maintain sales team enthusiasm, ensure a <br /> positive attitude, and to review key performance indicators. <br /> 10. Conducts coaching sessions,trains continually to improve the effectiveness of the selling model. <br /> 11. Ensures that all company policies, sales and marketing programs and merchandizing initiatives are current, <br /> communicated and implemented for management and the Sales/Customer Service employees in a timely manner. <br /> 12. Ensure that all sales transactions and cash management procedures are in compliance with company policy. <br /> 13. Responsible for the overall safeguarding of company assets. <br /> 14. Promote a positive and fulfilling work environment. <br /> 15. Partner with all internal corporate support resources to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations to achieve <br /> results. <br /> 16. Spends at least 85%of their time on the sales floor. <br /> 17.
