Job Descriptio <br /> Position Tide: Sales Lead DEC 0 8 2016 <br /> Status: Non-Exempt Hours: Varies <br /> Location/Dept: Sales <br /> Reports to:Sales Manager ENVIPON EN I AL HEALTH <br /> General Position Summary: UEPAHTivlENT <br /> Be a leader in helping store achieve its sales goals. Work with the entire Sales/Greeter Team to ensure Customer Care <br /> compliance. Maintain the exit location at the store to ensure loss prevention proper sales procedures are being followed. <br /> Must be present during all peak customer traffic periods, as in weekends, sale days,or any other occasion that would <br /> generate high customer flow into the store. Assist with the ongoing training of new and certified sales staff.Work with <br /> management in evaluating the sales processes progress. Promote the`We Care"attitude with customers. Ensure the <br /> successful implementation of Pick-N-Pull promotional activity. Help maintain the standards of all Pick-n-Pull policies and <br /> procedures Always be pleasant, respectful, helpful, make eye contact,and treat people the way that you like to be <br /> treated. <br /> Essential Functions: <br /> 1. PRIORITY OF THIS POSITION IS TO TALK WITH THE CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMER CARE PROGRAM IS <br /> YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS; MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION IS "DID YOU FIND THE PART YOU WERE <br /> LOOKING FOR?"YOU SHOULD SPEND A MINIMUM OF 80% OF YOUR WORKDAY,WORKING THIS <br /> POSITION AT THE EXIT SIDE OF THE GREETER STATION OR EXIT SIDE OF THE POS AREA. <br /> 2. Ensure store is adhering to all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Promotes a clean, safe, and <br /> environmentally compliant store for employees and customers. <br /> 3. Responsible for store housekeeping. <br /> 4. Work with all sales personnel to continually improve store results. <br /> 5. Participates in the training and proper work delegation of sales personnel. <br /> 6. Assists management to train and develop sales staff. <br /> 7. Helps communicate policies and procedures to all employees; leads by example for the rest of the team. <br /> 8. Assists management with sales reports and assigned tasks for the store. <br /> 9. . Participates in all customer care functions. <br /> 10. Participates in weekly meetings with the sales staff to keep the team updated to maintain sales team enthusiasm, <br /> ensure a positive attitude, and to review key performance indicators. <br /> 11. Trains sales staff to continually improve the effectiveness of the selling model. <br /> 12. Ensures that all company policies, sales and marketing programs and merchandizing initiatives are current, <br /> communicated and implemented for management and the Sales/Customer Service employees in a timely <br /> manner. <br /> 13. Ensure that all sales transactions and cash management procedures are in compliance with company policy. <br /> 14. Responsible for safeguarding of company assets. <br /> 15. Promote a positive and fulfilling work environment. <br /> 16. All other duties as assigned. <br /> 17. Be a point of support for the Sales Team, assisting team members with understanding policies, diffusing <br /> customer confrontation, defining Pick-N-Pull standards, and assisting with any questions they have. <br /> 18. Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management. <br /> Qualifications: <br /> 1. Must have good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude. <br /> 2. Able to work retail hours including overtime,weekends and holidays at any store assigned by management within <br /> reasonable distance from home store. <br /> 3. Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing required within State, Federal and Provincial guide. <br /> 4. Must be at least 16 years of age for Canada and 18 years of age for USA. <br /> 5. Must have reliable means of transportation to get you to your scheduled shift, <br /> 6. Must meet physical requirements. <br /> 7. Be functionally literate in the English language and capable of understanding and recognizing parts and numbers. <br /> 8.
