High school diploma or equivalent preferred <br /> 2. Good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude. <br /> 3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. <br /> 4. Able to handle multiple competing tasks and priorities and perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision. <br /> 5. Ability to become certified in all production equipment, and approved to operate all PNP equipment. <br /> 6. Basic computer skills including email Microsoft Office products. <br /> 7. Able to work required hours which may include weekends and holidays at any store assigned by management within <br /> reasonable distance from home store. <br /> 8. Previous experience supervising production, construction or operations processes in a similar work environment with <br /> related employees. <br /> 9. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. <br /> 10. Experience in scheduling employees in a production environment. R a NFA <br /> 11.
