According to Ms. Robison, his
replacement is still in Nevada. No alternate emergency coordinator was listed.
-The spill response information discussed only large spills, stating that any time there is a spill the personnel must
notify the emergency coordinator who will tell them how to respond. No small spill clean up was discussed.
-The contingency plan stated that no local arrangements were made with the fire department. According to Ms.
Robison, the facility has an arrangement with the local fire department allowing them access even when the site is
unmanned.
The contingency plan must include:
1. Description of actions facility personnel will take in response to fires, explosions, or any sudden or non-sudden
release of hazardous waste to air, soil or surface water at the facility;
2.
