(EarthCon)has prepared this Hazardous Waste Tank Assessment <br /> Report(Report)for the Stockton Pick-N-Pull facility located at 3927 Clark Drive located in Stockton, <br /> California (Site) (see Figures 1 and 2). On June 20, 2016, EarthCon conducted an assessment of <br /> the Site including the tanks, secondary containment, piping, and ancillary equipment. <br /> This Report has been prepared in accordance with California Code of Regulations,Title 22 Section <br /> 66265.192(k)[22 CCR 66265.192(k)]and has been certified by a California-registered engineer in <br /> accordance with 22 CCR 66270.11 (d).
