On-the-job training is also provided accordingly depending on employee assigned <br /> tasks and as employee job responsibilities change. Refresher training is then required at least annually in accordance with the training matrix above. <br /> Store Management is responsible for ensuring that staff receive proper training should assignments and responsibilities change. <br /> - Hazwaste Management training includes: proper handling, storage, labeling, disposal, and record keeping procedures and requirements. Waste <br /> identifiication, waste types (hazaardous, non-hazardous and universal wates) are also reviewed along with their varying storage and labeling requirements. <br /> - Stormwater training includes: stormwater BMP requirements, maintenance, inspections, sampling, and record keeping requirements <br /> - SPCC training includes: spill prevention, control and response procedures and requirements. Includes spill response of hazardous wastes and <br /> hazardous materials. <br /> - Certified Used Oil Collection training includes: program requirements, oil acceptance, oil management, and spill prevention and response procedures. <br /> - DOT training includes: hazardous waste and materials management, handling, labeling, manifesting, and record keeping requirements. <br /> 2) DOT hazardous Waste refresher training is required at least every 3 years for those who have been designated responsibility to sign hazardous waste <br /> manifests. <br />
