The owner or operator of a <br /> hazardous waste tank shall obtain a written assessment reviewed and certified by an independent, qualified, <br /> professional engineer, registered in California attesting that the system has sufficient structural integrity, is acceptable <br /> for the transferring, storing, and treating of hazardous waste, and that the tanks and containment system are suitably <br /> designed. Immediately have an assessment prepared for the used oil and used antifreeze tanks. Submit a schedule <br /> showing when this will be accomplished to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection.
