Immediately ensure <br /> that all hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored <br /> on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. The"south"used oil tank was missing an accumulation <br /> start date. Since it cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Oil filters were stored in open and unlabeled containers. Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a <br /> closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. <br /> Immediately label and securely close the filter drums and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> Properly dispose of the filters within one year of generation and keep the recycling records for three years. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
