As stated in our phone conversation,this warehouse is <br /> used for storage of canned product. <br /> The only hazardous material at the warehouse is a 1,000 gallon propane tank used to fuel <br /> five(5)lift trucks. The lift trucks are transported to the lift truck maintenance shop at our 32 E. <br /> Tokay St.Lodi site for servicing. Since the lifts are serviced off site,no hazardous waste is <br /> generated at our 631 N.Cluff Ave.,site. <br /> The H.M.M.P. is being amended to show that the 631 N.Cluff Ave.site is not a hazardous waste <br /> generator. <br /> A check for$28.50 is being sent to your accounting office in place of the original invoiced fee of <br /> $128.50.
