Copies are included with the return to compliance certification <br /> report. Copies were also added to the manifest collection booklet onsite. <br /> Violation has been corrected. CW <br /> Item #106 (hazardous waste program inspection report) <br /> Lodi Unified School District staff has met with our Hazardous Waste collection <br /> hauler/ vendor regarding pick up and disposal of our generated hazardous <br /> waste. We understand and will comply with this rule. All hazardous waste will <br /> be picked up within 90 days. All future documentation will reflect this. <br /> Violation has been corrected. CW <br /> All reported violations 118 and 601, have been corrected and inspected by me, Craig Wright <br /> on or before 04/14/2016. <br />
