Craig Wright confirmed that the log for daily tank inspections <br /> were not being completed. Facilities that generate over 1000k of hazardous waste per month must <br /> maintain a log for daily hazardous waste tank inspections. Correct immediately by maintaining a log daily <br /> for inspections of the facility hazardous waste tanks. <br /> 133. Facility failed to comply with hazardous waste tank assessment requirements. Facility has a used <br /> oil tank and a used coolant tank inside the shop. Craig Wright confirmed that this facility lacks a <br /> hazardous waste tank assessment for these two tanks. Facilities that generate over 1000k of <br /> hazardous waste per month must maintain a hazardous waste tank assessment for any hazardous <br /> waste tanks at the facility. Correct immediately by obtaining the required hazardous waste tank <br /> assessment for the hazardous waste tanks at this facility. <br /> 503. Facility failed to conduct daily inspections of the hazardous waste tanks. Facility has a used oil tank <br /> and a used coolant tank inside the shop. Craig Wright confirmed that the daily inspections were not <br /> being completed. Facilities that generate over 1000k of hazardous waste per month must conduct daily <br /> inspections of the facility hazardous waste tanks.
