The drum was a 30 gallon container. The 30 gallon drum has since been replaced with a 15 gallon drum. Hazardous waste label has been applied to the new 15 gallon drum. The label has been marked to comply with the following: 1. Hazardous waste" 2. Generator Name "Lodi Unified School District" 3. Contents: "oily debris"4. physical state: "solid" 5. Hazardous property: "toxic" 6. accumulation start date: "as the container is empty at this time, we have added a "caution tag" indicating that a start date must be entered once material has been added to the drum. This tag must be removed in order to open the lid on the container. See photo titled "small steam bay drum" provided. Violation has been corrected. CW Item #23: Accumulation start dates have been applied to the two (2)fifty-five (55) gallon drums of used/crushed oil filters. See photo titled"crushed filter drum start date label" provided. The lid to one drum has now been closed. See photo titled"crushed filter drum lid" provided. Labels stating "drained used oil filters" were on the drums prior to inspection, however, the start dates had not been initiated. Violation has been corrected. CW Item #50: Referencing Item#20 above, the 30 gallon drum of hazardous waste has been removed and contents properly disposed of(see manifest copy titled"manifest of solid waste on steam bay 08_20_2010.pdf'). provided. Copy also sent to DTSC as required. Used coolant has been properly disposed of(see manifest copy titled "Transportation used coolant manifest 08_25_10.pdf"). provided. Also see photo titled "used coolant start date decal" provided. Violations have been corrected. CW Item #79: All universal waste lamps (UW) were disposed of properly. See photo titled "universal waste log book entry"provided. Any future universal waste lamps (UW) will be stored in closed containers "in a manner that prevents breakage and release to the environment". Violation has been corrected. CW Item #83: The used fluorescent lamps container was labeled "Universal waste lamps"prior to disposal. See photo titled "universal waste bulbs" provided. Violation has been corrected.
