The drum was a <br /> 30 gallon container. The 30 gallon drum has since been replaced with a 15 gallon drum. <br /> Hazardous waste label has been applied to the new 15 gallon drum. The label has been <br /> marked to comply with the following: 1. Hazardous waste" 2. Generator Name "Lodi Unified <br /> School District" 3. Contents: "oily debris"4. physical state: "solid" 5. Hazardous property: <br /> "toxic" 6. accumulation start date: "as the container is empty at this time, we have added a <br /> "caution tag" indicating that a start date must be entered once material has been added to the <br /> drum. This tag must be removed in order to open the lid on the container. See photo titled <br /> "small steam bay drum" provided. Violation has been corrected. CW <br /> Item #23: Accumulation start dates have been applied to the two (2)fifty-five (55) gallon <br /> drums of used/crushed oil filters. See photo titled"crushed filter drum start date label" <br /> provided. The lid to one drum has now been closed. See photo titled"crushed filter drum lid" <br /> provided. Labels stating "drained used oil filters" were on the drums prior to inspection, <br /> however, the start dates had not been initiated. Violation has been corrected. CW <br /> Item #50: Referencing Item#20 above, the 30 gallon drum of hazardous waste has been <br /> removed and contents properly disposed of(see manifest copy titled"manifest of solid waste <br /> on steam bay 08_20_2010.pdf'). provided. Copy also sent to DTSC as required. Used <br /> coolant has been properly disposed of(see manifest copy titled "Transportation used coolant <br /> manifest 08_25_10.pdf"). provided. Also see photo titled "used coolant start date decal" <br /> provided. Violations have been corrected. CW <br /> Item #79: All universal waste lamps (UW) were disposed of properly. See photo titled <br /> "universal waste log book entry"provided. Any future universal waste lamps (UW) will be <br /> stored in closed containers "in a manner that prevents breakage and release to the <br /> environment". Violation has been corrected. CW <br /> Item #83: The used fluorescent lamps container was labeled "Universal waste lamps"prior <br /> to disposal. See photo titled "universal waste bulbs" provided. Violation has been corrected. <br />
