During normal working <br />hours, the EDO shall: <br />• Assist the ES&H Team Environmental Analyst assigned to support the <br />program/department that owns the WAA. <br />• Contact the appropriate outside regulatory agencies following EFA's <br />Environmental Incident Notification and Reporting Procedure. <br />During off -hours, the EDO shall assist the Incident Commander in making decisions <br />regarding environmental issues. The EDO shall: <br />• Identify the character, source, amount, and extent of released material. <br />• Assess the possible hazards to the environment. <br />• Ensure waste that is incompatible with the released waste is not handled in the <br />affected area until cleanup is complete, if the Incident Commander delegates the <br />responsibility. <br />• Contact the appropriate outside regulatory agencies following EFA's <br />Environmental Incident Notification and Reporting Procedure. <br />2.6 ES&H Team Environmental Analyst <br />The ES&H Team Environmental Analyst is part of the ES&H Team and supports the <br />program/department responsible for the WAA. During normal working hours, the ES&H <br />Team Environmental Analyst is the point contact for environmental issues. The ES&H <br />Team Environmental Analyst shall notify the EDO when an incident occurs in an area <br />the ES&H Team Environmental Analyst supports, and together they shall assess the <br />possible hazards to the environment. During off -hours, the ES&H Team Environmental <br />Analyst supporting the program area may be called to assist the EDO. <br />During normal working hours the ES&H Team Environmental Analyst shall: <br />• Identify the character, source, amount, and extent of released material. <br />• Assess the possible hazards to the environment. <br />• Ensure waste that is incompatible with the released waste is not handled in the <br />affected area until cleanup is complete. <br />• Assist the EDO in making regulatory agency reporting determinations, including <br />the notification to applicable agencies that regulatory compliance has been <br />achieved before operations resume at a WAA. <br />2.7 Support Organizations <br />2.7.1 Environment, Safety and Health Team <br />The Site 300 ES&H Team Deputy Leader is notified in the event of fires or explosions, <br />9 January 2016 <br />
