Photograph associated with the corrected on the spot hazardous waste containerization <br />and proper label at B-801 Room 115. <br />3. Straight Bill of Lading for Uncontaminated Construction debris and weathered wood <br />products. (Utility poles cut into small sections). <br />4. Weiglimaster certificate from Waste Management for the acceptance of the <br />Uncontaminated Construction debris and weathered wood products.
