Environmelkal Day Tour Regr�tration Form <br />Important Information <br />• The Tour is about 3 hours long including badging and boarding the bus. <br />• You must be a United States citizen. <br />• You must be 18 years of age or older. <br />• We must have one form completed for each person who wants a tour. You may copy <br />this form for your family and friends. <br />• Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis as space is limited. <br />• There will be no child care available while parents are on the tour.
