Enclosed is a copy of <br />the permit signed and issued on October 9, 1997. This action constitutes a final <br />permit decision under Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Section <br />66271.14 (22 CCR 66271.14) and the permit will become effective <br />November 8, 1997 unless the permit decision is appealed. <br />A copy of the final administrative record for the decision is available for <br />review at our office in Berkeley.
