FACILITY SIZE AND TYPE FOR FEES <br />The size of the facility is large for the purpose of activity fees associated with the <br />Post -Closure Permit. <br />Site 300 is a U. S. Federal Government facility. It is exempt from cost estimates <br />and financial assurance documents for post -closure care under California Code <br />of Regulations (CCR), title 22, section 66264.140 (c). <br />A <br />
