Certification Statement <br />I hereby certify that Site 300 programs and support groups are undertaking steps to <br />reduce the volume and toxicity of hazardous waste and prevent pollution to a <br />degree economically and technically practicable, in accordance with the Waste <br />Minimization and Pollution Prevention section of the Environmental, Safety, and <br />Health Manual sand the Source Reduction Evaluation Review and Plan, Hazardous <br />Waste Management Performance Report, Summary Progress Report.' The method <br />of storage and treatment are the only practicable methods currently available to the <br />facility which minimize the present and future threat to human health, safety, and <br />the environment.
