EP0006-COR-Regulated Waste Generation and Certification Core Training <br />For course information contact CAROL BEATTIE at 22509 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />For course registration contact your Training Coordinator or scroll down for more information. <br />=_ ' EP0006-COR Regulated Waste Generation and Certification <br />Core Training <br />This core -level course provides waste generators and others who have hazardous, radioactive, and <br />hazardous and radioactive mixed waste management responsibilities instruction on the regulatory <br />requirements and LLNL procedures pertaining to their responsibilities in the management of these wastes. <br />(A generator is defined as any individual who handles the waste, makes waste determinations, participates <br />in any emergency response activity associated with waste handling, or signs Waste Disposal Requisition <br />(WDR). <br />To receive credit for this training this core -course must be supplemented by attendance at one or more of <br />the following two specific regulated waste modules: <br />EP0006-HZ Hazardous Waste Module <br />EP0006-RD Radioactive and Mixed Waste Module <br />Topics: <br />.
