CLASS 1 PERMIT MODIFICATION NOTICE <br />for the <br />CLOSED B-829 HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY <br />LAWRENCE LIVERMORE NATIONAL LABORATORY (LLNL) — SITE 300 <br />EPA ID NO. CA2890090002 <br />On April 25, 2005, the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) notified <br />the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) of LLNL's intent to modify <br />the Site 300 Building 829 Post -Closure Operation Plan. These Class 1 Modifications <br />have been implemented and do not require prior DTSC approval. The <br />modifications include administrative and informational changes; changes to <br />sampling and analysis methods to conform with agency guidance; geographical <br />and geological map and figure updates; and updates to information pertaining to <br />air and water permits. <br />The Site 300 Building 829 Post -Closure Operation Plan modifications meet the Class <br />1 Permit Modification criteria, as specified in Title 22 California Code of <br />Regulations § 66270.42 and Appendix I (to § 66270.42).
