CONTINUATION FORM <br />.FICIAL INSPECTION REPORT <br />Page: 2 <br />Date: 04/21/06 <br />Facility Address: Corral Hollow Rd <br />Program: HW <br />AMENDED REPORT <br />Please consider this as an amended report to the April 19, 2006 hazardous waste inspection <br />report. <br />NOTICE TO COMPLY <br />#10 Metal grindings from brake rotors and drums at Building 879 are being thrown in the trash. <br />Immediately stop this practice and prior to the next disposal, make a determination <br />whether this waste is hazardous or not and handle per Title 22 Hazardous Waste <br />regulations. <br />#39 Metal grindings from brake rotors and drums are not handled as hazardous waste. <br />According to Beverlee Morales, Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, this waste stream was <br />analyzed in the past and that it was shown to be non -hazardous. Records of all waste <br />analyses are required to be kept on site for at least three years from the date that the <br />waste was last sent to treatment, storage, or disposal.
