Inspection Report <br />h. Tiered Permitting Applications and Authorization Letters: <br />Not applicable. <br />I. Annual/Biennial Reports: <br />LLNL.Site 300 Building 829, Annual, Report for 2004 was submitted on February 25, 2005. See attachment K. A <br />copy of the Radioactive and Hazardous Waste Management Division for 2004 Annual Report was submitted on <br />March 23, 2005. There was a copy of the 2004 annual facility report filing date extension request submitted to the <br />Department on January 18, 2005. See attachment K. No violations were observed at this time. <br />j. SB 14 Plans: <br />LLNL Site 300 submitted their Waste Minimization Certification to the Department on August 28, 2003. <br />See attachment L. <br />k. Closure Cost Estimates and Updates: <br />Not applicable. LLNL S 300 is a Federal Facility exempt from financial assurance. <br />I. Part A: <br />I reviewed the Part A at the office. <br />m. Part B: <br />There are separate Operation Plans for EWSF, EWTF and one for Building 829, which operates under a post <br />closure permit. During my review of the post -closure Operating Plan for Building 829, 1 noted that it did not have a <br />training plan. <br />n. POTW Compliance Data: <br />Not applicable. <br />o.
