No. CA2890090002) <br />Dear Ms. Henry: <br />As requested, please find attached the following photographs and documents you requested <br />during the San Joaquin County CUPA hazardous waste generator inspection and Spill Prevention <br />Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)/Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) pre - <br />inspection: <br />1. Photo of secondary containment pallet with anti -freeze partially filling two visible wells. <br />The photo was taken in Building 875. LLNL-PHOTO-428105. <br />2. Photo of one of four 55 -gallon drums with "Emptied on 3-24-10" date written on the <br />"EMPTY" label. The same date was written on the other three labels. The photo was <br />taken outside Building 801. LLNL-PHOTO-428105. <br />3. Four plan view Site 300 maps (to be used for the SPCC/APSA inspection). The maps <br />were obtained from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Site 300 2010 <br />Hazardous Management Business Plan, LLNL-MI-422570. <br />4.
