We are required by the California hazardous waste <br />regulations to notify you when modifications are made to our Hazardous Waste Facility Permit <br />(Permit). <br />Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) Site 300, located at Corral Hollow Road, <br />Tracy, California, is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is jointly operated by <br />US DOE and its contractor, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, LLC. <br />On December 7, 2010, LLNL submitted one Class 1 modification request to the DTSC to modify <br />its Permit. The permit modification was submitted to conform hazardous waste Form Codes and <br />Form Code Descriptions in the Building 883 Container Storage Area Part B Operation Plan to <br />current EPA Form Codes and Form Code Descriptions.
