Chronology 5151 Almondwood, Manteca <br /> Page 2 <br /> 10/03/02 Date of Letter response report from site consultant submitted this date. <br /> 03/21/03 SJCIEHD response correspondence sent this date; request again for <br /> vertical and lateral definition of site contamination; completion of the well <br /> receptor survey identifying where all residences near site get their water, <br /> map showing location of the onsite production well, source of water for the <br /> site; noting that model provided by consultant shows onsite well will <br /> become impacted with contaminants, documentation of over excavation the <br /> consultant now says was done and a directive to submit the previously <br /> requested work plan by 04125103. <br /> 04/17/03 Date of Quarterly groundwater monitoring report that recommends <br /> sampling of onsite production well. <br /> 06/30/03 EHD staff site visit and meeting with Responsible Party; discussed status <br /> of well survey, and getting it updated. Mr. Harris said he would get it <br /> updated and arrange for onsite and neighbor's wells to be sampled and <br /> analyzed for gasoline constituents. <br /> 09/29/03 Routine quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling event. Two facility <br /> wells and one offsite domestic well were sampled. Analytical results for <br /> these wells were non-detect for petroleum constituents analyzed. <br /> 10/03/03 Work plan submitted this date. <br /> 10/16/03 SJCIEHD work plan approval letter sent this date. <br /> 1/12-14104 Continued site investigation; CPT soil boring (SB4) near source area and <br /> three additional shallow groundwater monitoring wells (MW5-MW7)were <br /> installed. Depth discrete groundwater sample collected from the soil boring <br /> was non-detect for petroleum constituents analyzed. <br /> 04/27/04 Date of Report on work completed in January 2004. <br /> 3114-15105 Continued site investigation; three additional shallow (MW8-MW10) and <br /> one deep (MW 11 D)groundwater monitoring.wells were installed for lateral <br /> definition. <br /> 05/23/05 Date of Report on work completed in March 2005. . <br /> 12/13/05 Fourth quarter 2005 groundwater monitoring report; the newest wells were <br /> sampled for the third time. The only reported detection of contamination in <br /> these new wells was 3.5 ppb MtBE in well MW-10. The offsite domestic <br /> well was sampled again, results non-detect. The report recommends <br /> consideration of the site for low-risk closure. <br /> 12/20/05 Date of Revised Site Closure Documents report. <br />
