GROUND ZERO ANALYSIS, INC. <br /> 1714 Main Street <br /> Escalon, calitornia 95320-1927 <br /> Telephone (209)838-9888 <br /> Facsimile (209)838-9883 <br /> January 22, 2002 <br /> Ms Lon Duncan <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> I <br /> Subject Fourth Quarter 2001 Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> Tuff Boy Trailers, 5151 Almondwood Drive, Manteca, CA, Site Code 1424 <br /> Dear Ms Duncan <br /> This letter report presents the results of fourth quarter 2001 groundwater monitoring and sampling <br /> activities at the subject site (Figure 1) <br /> Site Activities <br /> Activities at the site included measuring water level elevations, purging and sampling groundwater <br /> from site wells, and analyzing samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), benzene, <br /> toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes (BTEX), oxygenated gasoline additives, 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2- <br /> DCA), and ethylene dtbromide (EDB) <br /> Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling <br /> Monitoring wells MW1 through MW4 were monitored and sampled on December 11, 2001 <br /> Groundwater elevations were calculated by subtracting the measured depth to groundwater in each <br /> well from the respective wellhead elevation The depth to groundwater in the wells ranged from 5 91 <br /> to 6 81 feet below ground surface (bgs) Groundwater beneath the site fell an average of 0 19 feet <br /> since last measured on September 10, 2001 A potentiometnc surface map generated from the <br /> December 10, 2001 monitoring data is shown on Figure 2 <br /> F• The water table beneath the site was relatively flat on December 11, 2001, with a gradient of <br /> approximately 0 001 feet per foot to the west Groundwater monitoring data are summarized in Table <br /> G 1D3t,\GROUNDZF\Tutl$oylReportslQ]vM\4QM2001 doc <br />
