i GROUND ZERO ANALYSIS, INC. 1714 Main Street (, Escalon,California 95320-1927 PSI j2 5 Telephone (209)838-9888 Facsimile (209)838-9883 August 14, 2001 Ms Lon Duncan San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor Stockton, CA 95202 Subject Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report, 2"d Quarter 2001 Tuff Boy Trailers, 5151 Almondwood Drive, Manteca, CA, Site Code 1424 Dear Ms Duncan This letter report presents the results of the second quarter 2001 groundwater monitoring and sampling activities at the subject site(Figure 1) SITE ACTIVITIES Activities at the site included monitoring water level elevations, purging and sampling groundwater from site wells, analyzing samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes (BTEC, oxygenated gasoline additives, 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2- DCA), and ethylene dibromde(EDB), and disposing of groundwater purged from site wells F ELD WORK Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling Monitoring wells MW 1 through MW4 were monitored and sampled on June 29, 2001 Groundwater elevations were calculated by subtracting the measured depth to groundwater in each well from the respective wellhead elevation The depth to groundwater in the wells ranged from 6 43 to 7 29 feet below ground surface (bgs) Groundwater beneath the site rose an average of 0 16 feet since last measured on January 23, 2001 A potentiometnc surface map generated using the June 29, 2001 monitoring data is shown on Figure 2 The groundwater gradient on June 29, 2001 was relatively flat, at approximately 0 001 feet per foot, and groundwater flowed generally northeast, which is a slight shift from January 2001, when groundwater flowed to the east Groundwater monitoring data are summarized in Table 1 Monitoring data sheets are included in Attachment A 0 1Data1GROUNDZE1TuftBoylReporUs QMR12QM2001 doe
