The blue 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste used oil and the white 44 qt plastic container of used <br /> oil were left open. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or <br /> removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are <br /> closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> 605. In the hazardous waste storage area, there are thirteen 1.25 gallon containers of used oil, a 44 <br /> quart white plastic trash container of used oil, a clear approximately 20 gallon container of used oil, and <br /> two 5 gallon buckets of used oil. These containers lacked an accumulation start date, hazardous waste <br /> property, physical state, the words hazardous waste, contents, and company name and address. All <br /> hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Since it cannot be determined how long the drum of hazardous waste coolant has been on <br /> site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and <br /> submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by 9-13-14. <br /> 605 & 701. The blue 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste used oil had an accumulation start date of <br /> 3-23-10. This container did not have marked the hazardous waste property nor the physical state. The <br /> other required label information was partially illegible. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked <br /> with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information.
